RCX Covid-19 Action Plan
The Rock Camp Experience wants YOU to rock with us... responsibly!
Here are the precautions we are taking in regards to the coronavirus pandemic, as recommended by the CDC, the MN Department of Health and as stated in the Stay Safe MN plan:
- RCX will observe social distancing regulations. Six-Foot increments have been measured and marked throughout the studio, so band members can be conscientious and observant of social distancing while rehearsing.
- RCX urges singers to bring their own microphones. We will also provide disposable pop filters for shared microphones.
- Hand sanitizer and/or hand wipes will be available for campers and staff for in-studio use.
- All shared instruments and amplifiers will be sanitized before and after camp.
- Instructors will conduct a hands-free temperate check as campers enter the studio before rehearsal.
- HEPA air purifiers have been installed into both Studio A and B to reduce the risk of transmission of the coronavirus.
- Face Masks are required, as per state-wide Emergency Executive Order 20-81
- If any campers feel symptomatic or under-the-weather, do not attend camp. Please let your instructor know and we will reschedule or find a temporary substitute for you.
COVID-19 Safety Plans for our RCX Camp Gigs will depend on the specific venue hosts. Generally speaking:
- Venue capacity will be determined by physical space to allow social distancing of six feet for audience member parties.
- Venue seating has been reconfigured to allow six-feet of social distancing between tables.
- Capacity for 201 Gigs at Outtakes will be limited to 50 attendees, including audience, band members and RCX Staff.
- Capacity for 301 Gigs at Bunkers will be limited to 85 attendees, including audience, band members and RCX Staff.
- Capacity for 301 Gigs at The Dog House will be limited to 125 attendees, including audience, band members and RCX Staff.

- Face Masks are required, as per state-wide Emergency Executive Order 20-81

- Dancing has been temporarily restricted.
